– Seek a professional physiotherapist who can assess your needs and monitor your progress.

– Keep a diary of weakest body areas, when the pain is triggered and how. This will help to identify which areas need strengthening.

– Try meditation to assess how your body is feeling in that moment and recognise that it may need extra care.

– Gentle yoga and Pilates help to stretch out joints and muscles.

– Depending on own mobility levels, research gentle exercises to keep body fluid, mobile and strengthen arms and legs. For example, bed ridden can try bed exercises.

– Daily physical activity or exercise (no matter how big or small) will maintain own body.
