TRY THIS! Assess your health needs remedies

After the festive season and New Year celebrations, to realign and focus on entering the new year healthy, it’s important to reflect on own mind, body, emotional and spirit health to assess what the issues or symptoms are with each holistic health element. This allows self to look at the root causes and identify solutions to heal and move forward in own life in a healthy way.

Living a life that inspires you to be your best will mean placing less value on everything or everybody that is not good for your health. This may be relationships, food, your job, bad habits (like alcohol drinking, poor diet choices, substance dependency or smoking), social experiences as well as low self-esteem, trauma and the need for external validation. One of the key factors to be own best is knowing that your health deserves the best and to embrace healing from unresolved issues.

A healthy lifestyle is not about just using health remedies when the mind, body or spirit are weak but about making and implementing healthy choices as part of everyday routines to optimise health and positivity.

Examples of this in relation to the whole being health are:.

– Mental health (practicing self-reflection, mindfulness, meditation daily or whenever is needed to balance mind, thought or thinking. For more extreme unbalances you can choose to participate in counselling, talk therapy whenever it’s needed with a holistic medical professional. Also, understanding what positive, healthy coping mechanisms or therapeutic practices support your own needs like baking, dancing, listening to high vibrational music, walking, being in nature or cycling).

– Physical health (know yourself so you know what your body needs, everyone has individual needs. For example, if you’re tired a lot, you may be lacking iron so it makes sense to increase iron intake from relevant wholefoods. Daily exercise is a must to stay physically healthy because it builds muscle in the body, regulates your metabolism and enhances flexibility in limbs and joints. Physical wellness is not just about the external (how a person looks on the outside) but about the internal (how the body systems function inside of self).

– Emotional health relates more to wellbeing and reflecting on how self feels and why, especially when mentally out of balance. This will guide self to understand what or who may trigger certain emotions. Knowing your own emotions allows self to be able to express emotions in an authentic way which is empowering when self is in control of own emotions, instead of emotions controlling self. People tend to over-react because self doesn’t know how to deal with own emotions, so emotions just manifest in an uncontrollable way. Certain foods can affect moods so be aware of what you’re eating, especially when your mood is low. Over processed foods have a negative impact on moods because there are no nutrients to strengthen the whole self.

– Spiritual health often relates to developing a deep, loving relationship with self. Make yourself a priority. When self-love is active, that love can be passed on to others through high vibrational energy. Spiritual healthy beings understand that when self is functioning on an optimal frequency, it inspires others to raise their own vibrations but everyone needs to be aligned for it to be a power-full collective energy.

Remember good health is priceless! Health is wealth. You can be rich in money but if you’ll ill, this will lower your quality of life so you can’t even enjoy your financial riches. Choose to be rich from within and not outside of yourself. It’s the best gift that you will receive in this lifetime and healthy living allows you to live longer with a higher quality of life.
