  • Upgrade your diet, remove processed foods from your diet;
  • Cut down sugar from your foods;
  • Add raw food dishes to every meal to start the diet;
  • Try one of these raw food recipes. <a href=”#”></a>  
  • Have a body scan or identify what your body is lacking and what foods can enhance those needs, for example, to improve poor eyesight, Vitamin A is needed so carrots need to be added to diet;
  • Eat more vegetables rather than fruits because too much sugar in the body can cause inflammation and dis-ease;
