– Think about what moods/energies you need in your daily life and at what times, then select clothes from the colour psychology palette to stimulate that mood.

– Learn and understand which colours trigger low moods.

– Use colour to invoke moods whenever needed by carrying that colour on you and using it as necessary. Its even more powerful to associate a smell to that colour.

– Immerse yourself in a colour and aroma from essential oils to invoke a wellbeing state like wear blue and light a lavender essential oil candle to relax.

– Wear or carry accessory bright colours like yellow can stimulate alertness.

– Creating and adding colour to art can be therapeutic because its expressive. Once colours are added, you can use a colour chart to reflect on your own mood and identify if theres a connection.
