Winter is a great season to slow down, reflect, hibernate and make plans. Spring brings a sense of renewal around us in our environment (for example, warmer weather, sunlight, regrowth) and this increases energies within self as well as a sense of focus and development. It’s a great to progress forward and make plans to spend more time in natural, especially as the trees and plants prepare to blossom so does our inner self.

If you know your self, then removing that which no longer serve self to be own best and identifying your needs to focus on solutions is a easier process. On the other hand, if a person doesn’t know self, then being able to identify own needs is a lot more complex.

The spiritual significance of spring can be connected to Spring Equinox, which signifies upliftment, regrowth and light connected to celestial frequency. It’s amazing to think that this external change influences our inner change and interaction with each other. Even the song of birds at this time reminds us the warmer seasons and sunlight earlier in the morning are coming. This cosmic shift also affects self physically as the sunlight inspires self to walk in it and allows the body to be more flexible by shining as an anti-inflammatory force. The sun also uplifts moods and inspires self to feel more positive. With all of these Spring elements inspiring self, it’s an ideal time to start physically manifesting visions by seeking resources, connections and networking opportunities.

Spring is also the season in colder climates that holds more opportunities for grounding (when the weather is warmer). Grounding is usually done by walking and connecting to natural earth elements like in the sea, on sand or grass. This is believed to connect senses and having a healing frequency that strengthens the immune system as well as other mental, physical and body functions. More daylight allows more time to enjoy nature, environment and social events.

Philosophies relating to “Spring Cleaning” apply not only to clearing out and organising your home after winter hibernation which may increase clutter that were more useful when homebound but spring cleaning can relate to clearing out own mind to focus on re-organising areas of life like health, work, social and relationships. Old energy can be cleansed and detoxified whilst using holistic practices allow space for new, fresh, divine energy.

Know your self! Know your needs! Identify issues! Identify and seek solutions to your best!
