- Learn about how about Alkaline diet can enhance your health.
- Look at an alkaline and acid diet plan to understand food categories.
- Source and cook at least one alkaline diet recipe.
- Source and drink alkaline (or distilled) water. Add some lemon, lime or baking soda to increase its alkaline levels.
- Buy pH test strips from health store to measure own pH levels (average level is 7.1-14).
- Experiment and add selected alkaline ingredients to make a signature dish.
