– For beginners, try gentle forms of yoga like Hatha.

– Own flexibility will develop, the more yoga is practiced.

– Learn some gentle yoga stretches to prepare body for poses.

– Yoga poses for flexibility include Cow Face, Extended Triangle, Extended Puppy, Seated Forward, Touch your toes.

– Join a (online) yoga class to gain support and guidance as well as learn poses to add own flexibility needs.

– Make a schedule to practice stretching movements ever day.
