• Spend time in nature. Be present and appreciate the growth of the plants and trees trying to blossom. Use this is a focus for self-reflection.

• In the warmer weather, go to a park, sandy beach or sea and walk through the elements barefoot.

• Sit outside and meditate. Develop practices to nurture peace of mind..

• As the weather gets warmer, drink more room temperature fluids to stay hydrated. Avoid drinking cold drinks which can have shocking effect on internal body system.

• With knowledge of own health issues, plan how to increase exercise and diet practices as necessary to boost energy as a lifestyle choice.

• Boost up your Vitamin D by soaking up the sunlight, especially as daylight is active for longer periods.
