– When feeling unwell, write down a list of foods eaten and research which foods may be the cause of symptoms, then remove those foods from own diet.

– Participate in an organised detox programme to learn about the techniques and boosting effects to mind or body.

– Remove meat from diet for one month. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables, including juicing with purified water. Own vitamin and nutrient needs must be considered when selecting whole foods.

– Avoid using social media platforms for one month so mind is not overstimulated.

– Before sleeping, listen to guided meditation in a quiet space to bring peace of mind.

– In overwhelming times, simplify your life and activities as necessary.
