- Upgrade your diet, remove processed foods from your diet;
- Cut down sugar from your foods;
- Add raw food dishes to every meal to start the diet;

- Have a body scan or identify what your body is lacking and what foods can enhance those needs, for example, to improve poor eyesight, Vitamin A is needed so carrots need to be added to diet;
- Eat more vegetables rather than fruits because too much sugar in the body can cause inflammation and dis-ease;
- Try Gerson Therapy which uses practices to detoxify the body
