– Find online meditation sessions and participate to decide which form is ideal for you.

– Identify quiet, safe spaces in your environment to practice meditation as needed.

– Learn to read your own emotions and feelings so when negativity manifests, self knows it’s time to meditate.

– Learn meditation techniques to remove anxiety or stress.

– Try Guided Meditation to clear mind and relax own body.

– Practice meditation for at least 5 minutes to learn how to be present, then build up meditation time when ready. Keep practicing so it feels more natural.
