– Locally produced honey added to food and drink are likely to build up immune to local pollen.
– Drink chamomile, dandelion or nettle tea so the immune system is protected against reaction to such plants.
– Using eucalyptus or tea tree oil products on skin will protect body more from insect bites.
– Speak to your GP or go to a holistic health practitioner for an allergy test (which may be specialised for food, dermatitis investigations or immune issues).
– For nasal issues, as a preventative, clean nose out with saltwater using a syringe or squeeze bottle. Spray up nose and if necessary, and eject from nose or mouth.
– Remove any products or foods from your home that cause discomfort or reaction to your body.
