– Start your day with positive affitrmation or mantra to inspire self throught the day.

– Listen to High Vibrational music and connect to self and be present. When feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious, then close your eyes to visualise the uplifting, peaceful vibrations that music gave you.

– Reduce yout daily sugar intake to boost the stability of your moods, thoughts and body because too much sugar can cause blockage between the three entities which need to function as one to be its best.

– Try exercises that release endorphins that will boost your energy.

– Start the day with prayers of gratitude to find peace of mind.

– Meditation is a great way to learn how to be present in the now and connect with self, especially when done in a quiet setting.
