• Keep a journal about health symptoms. Note symptoms type (e.g. headaches, hip pain) include dates/time period, environment, mood before active symptom, life issues, diet (if consumed food or drink before). Reflect on journal depending on how often symptoms manifested and identify any patterns. Remove anything that may be triggering dis-order or dis-ease.

• Research bio-scanning to understand how it can enhance own health and wellbeing.

• Connect with a bio-scan consultant to find out more about the procedure, process and outcome. Book s body scan to check your overall health status and any unbalances.

• Body scan yourself, by practicing yoga, mindfulness or gentle exercise. These practices allow self to assess any pain or flexibility in body.

• Meditation is another method to scan mind, body and spirit by sitting in a quiet space and focusing on calming own mind.

• Acupuncture is another technique used to relieve pain in body and unblock chakra energy.
