• Acknowledge and process thoughts, feelings and emotions in any given situation to assess the causes to understand self and any triggers.

• Keep a journal containing certain scenarios that cause self to react uncontrollably to identify any patterns in relation to relevant individuals, environments and experiences.

• Mindfulness is a practice that guides self to be present and consciously assess any given situation.

• There are various breathwork techniques that guide self to calm own energy so mind is focused and stress hormones (like cortisol and fight or flight response) are controlled.
