– Identify seven of your favourite vegetarian meals and add to diet plan.
– Plan and cook a 7 day vegetarian dishes 1 meal a day and then every month, add an extra vegetarian meal daily.
– Consciously source your vegetables so you are aware of how the were grown.
– Start the day with a homemade fruit and vegetable juice to energise self.
– Organic products are best because they are pesticide free and not genetically modified but more expensive. Just adding a few organic products rather than all is better than none.
– Avoid vegetable junk food (readymade meals), cook your vegetarian dishes from fresh to be in control of what you are eating.
