

• Create a personal development plan that identifies issues, needs, goals and solutions with action dates as needed.
• Spend time doing things and with people who bring out the best in you in improve own holistic health.
• Connect with a therapist to embrace sessions that will help to develop knowledge of self and healing as necessary to have a better understanding of own needs.
• Participate with Coaching sessions to identify areas in life that need improvement and how to do that.
• Learn about and practice Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to empower self to know how to understand and control own thoughts or thinking.
• Make quiet time and learn to check in with self (as needed daily) and reflect on what’s going on in own life at that time, how self feels and why, ways to improve own life or relevant areas to develop holistically.
