• Detox and focus on self and own life, instead of looking at the lives of others on social media.

• Identify your strengths and areas you will like to improve. Select one of your strengths and decide how to celebrate that. Select one of your areas to improve and decide what solution will be put in place. Once the selected area has been improved or a goal has been achieved, select another focus and repeat the process.

• Identify what practices or connections help you to be your best and do more of that.

• Identify what practices or connections DO NOT help you to be your best and remove from your life so you can focus on your self development.

• Make time every day for yourself to be still or do an activity that helps you to be your best.

• Treat yourself to regular activities, breaks, trips that will inspire you to learn about your self to be your best.
