

• Keep a journal of when moods are low, why, scenarios, identify foods and drinks eaten. Monitor the outcomes of moods every time the same scenario, foods and drinks are eaten, then remove one by one to see if there’s a difference in own moods or energy. Once problem is identified, replace it with a healthier option and assess moods or energy.
